Passionate about client engagement and adding value, Ant is able to combine industry awareness, themes and trends with excellent customer service and gets the greatest satisfaction from the excellent services we deliver to our clients.
Ant coaches 1-2-1 with Senior Executives and loves to work with emerging talent. Having brokered and managed thousands of hours of executive coaching, he helps to identify the client requirements based on the challenges and objectives of the assignments, then match make the right coach/coachee fit. He also works with the clients and leads the associates during the design, delivery and evaluation of all the consultancy projects and programmes.
A leading multi-sector Executive and Non-Executive Director with over 30 years experience across a broad range of industry sectors including media & entertainment, technology, telecoms, information services, real estate, health & social care, education, professional services, insurance and management consultancy.
Having held Director posts at Group, Regional or Country level in permanent, interim, consulting and NED roles ranging from large corporates to SMEs. His international experience has covered over 40 countries and includes UK PLCs, privately owned businesses, Private Equity owned companies, subsidiaries of US corporates and public sector organisations.
A career spent running HR in some of the largest jobs in both the private and public sector has given him unrivalled experience. Jonathan has managed HR in growing a business from eleven employees to 30,000 and has also led on one of the largest downsizing exercises ever undertaken in the UK. His work with leading brand names has taken him around the world. He believes that all successful organisations are underpinned by values lived daily by both management and workforce.
Jonathan likes to look radically at changing how functions operate and to bring fresh focus to the work. He plans and executes redesigns of the function, moves it to a significantly more strategic role, focussing on Organisational Development and Planning and equipping it to support the organisation through the major challenges they face.
