They’ve had careers which range from former CEOs, MDs, HRDs, Sales Directors and Operations experts in large corporate organisations and/or management consultancies – so have had experience in business to provide a ‘been there, done it’ credibility.
2.
They’ve been on a journey of development themselves, so they ‘walk the walk’, as well as ‘talk the talk’ – they’ve undertaken professional qualifications, whether it be in Coaching, HR and Organisational Design/Development, Psychology or management consulting – often multiples of these!

They share our passion, for sharing this knowledge and passing it on for the benefit of our clients and their people to improve their capabilities, skills and performance.
